Amplified Eccentricity

The sky is red,the thunder roaring,
It's past midnight,time for mourning.
The wind beating against my face,
and my tears started pouring.
Engrossed in thoughts,with an odd frown,
I could only hear the raindrops trickling down.
Was everything worth the pain,that I endured?
Yes perhaps the experience that I've procured.
Heartfelt emotions tossed away without a second thought.
Never caring bout the misfortune it had brought.
It's easy for heartless people to walk away & not look back,
but for us who truly loved,it's another broken piece of heart we stack.
The burden becomes unbearable,but none to share it with,
life becomes a misery,with this burden herewith.
Your feelings subside with time,but the pain remains.
Finding solace in solitude,eccentricity reigns.
You're scared to move forward coz you don't want a past.
U're stuck between realms,unsure how long it may last.
Hope has burnt into ashes within you.
Chances of reviving are there but a few.
You're in need of someone whose love's pure & true,
Who will care for you selflessly,knowing the real you.
