By The Sea Shore

The sky was clear, the evening airy.
I was awakened from my slumber when I was dreaming of a fairy.
Was with my companions who were wild & free,
with them by my side,I couldn't be more carefree.
Set out on foot through the dusty roads cluttered with traffic.
The distance long but the journey enigmatic.
Alas the sea was near,I could feel it in the breeze.
Birds chattering, flowing back home & the dusk setting in.
The sand once warm & wet was radiating the heat.
Along the coastline somewhere I took my seat.
Far beyond on the water there was a shimmering light!
The coastguard was preparing for the long night.
Light years away the stars were shining bright,
I thought to myself "What a beautiful sight"??
My companions were jabbering,no signs of getting bored.
But I was lost somewhere, sitting by the seashore.

Lament Of The Mortal Souls

Time has stopped, the curse has befallen upon mankind.
The judgement day is near.
Clench your fist , there's no time to fear.
Sitting here afraid & alone , as our savior has been dethroned.
The child of God , a mere mortal ,
has long opened the door of the portal.
The darkness will besiege the glorified past.
Tyranny of destruction will forever last.
Sacrifices made on the alter of death,
by blasphemous priest,who continually fornicate.
Their sins have darkened their souls beyond remorse.
The perenial shadow cast, will keep off the helios.
The raging inferno will engulf the innocents.
Their horrified screams,echoing the lanes.
Cynically languishing from the bruises deep within,
the last ray of hope, wilfully concealed therein.

Fit for survival

Uncertainty looms over your head.
Did I get off on the wrong side of the bed?
Resilience is for what I'm being paid,
just one opportunity,if it's rightly said.
Seconds are ticking, time is surging ahead.
Survive or you'll be buried with the dead.

The Race

It's never too late to run,
but finish lines are crossed by some.
The light at the end of the tunnel,
is blinding your vision.
Don't close your eyes now, else you may falter.
The sacrifice is being made on the alter.

Knowledge

Knowledge is all that you gain,
time is what you lose.
Is it balancing out ?
It's for you to choose.
